The three of us had enjoyed some of the benefits of being part of a large health care system, but overall we felt that private practice enables us to personalize the care we choose to deliver.
Unfortunately, our previous contracts had a non-compete clause that mandated that we cannot work within a specified distance of our previous clinic location for a period of time. IPW is a group of independent physicians in southeastern Wisconsin that have banded together to reap some of the benefits of being part of a large multi-specialty group (e.g.- negotiating insurance company contracts, implementing an electronic medical record) while still maintaining their own unique clinic identities. We look at IPW as the support system that allows us to practice medicine independently in a competitive market.

We are now free to direct you to any hospital you choose or that is allowed by your insurance carrier.

The specialists should have equal access to anything you had done with us as well.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not have X-ray capabilities. We will however arrange for any necessary radiological tests (mammograms, X-ray, CT scans) at a facility that is convenient for you.
Yes. You should expect the same ease of prescribing as you have now.
